OKT Consult is a Mauritanian firm specializing in audit, evaluation of projects/programs/policies and management consulting, founded in December 1997 in Nouakchott by Oumoul Khayri Ba. Drawing on experience gained at the international firm Price Waterhouse and within United Nations system organizations, she brings her clients — public and private enterprises, non-governmental organizations, and development projects — expertise recognized both in Mauritania and internationally.
